Yet another doodle

I haven't really done these in a while, but I'm sure it is really good to make one after a long year.

ALLY AND RALPH MADE IT TO DHX KIDS!

Just last month, DHX Media started to pick up Ally and Ralph: The Freakhouse Boys, a show created by me and Mikey Ivantchev when we worked at DECODE, but it's a shame that they only picked up the first 9 episodes, which is what they did with other shows, too. However, DHX Kids has also picked up rights to our other shows, such as Noah and the Cool Teenage Squad and Clara Stone. What else could I say? DHX Junior has also picked up Ashton's Playhouse and Tommy's World, both translated into English and French. Did I also forget about the other 2 that were mentioned above? It's been a while since I worked at DECODE and Cookie Jar, now I'm glad to see my work from the 2 companies appear on DHX's specialty channels, which are worth 2 weeks free, and you'll have to pay for it after those 2 weeks. :(

You can check out some Ally and Ralph adventures here! You can check out episodes, play games and do whatever your freakhouse heart desires!

So apparently I've been trying to write down anything on this blog about all the work I did on the past shows, especially this one. I've been bored all week, my schedule's hectic, and I have nothing else just sit around on my fat ass watching sports with my dad 24/7.

Eat your heart out, Japan fans!

Everyone, prepare your eyes for what's about to come out on the big screens, especially you, 9 Story people!

As a creator of the series, it all started on planning on animating Nintendo's Rhythm Heaven game into a television series, but it sucked, since a new game is coming out soon, yet I do not volunteer to be part of it's cast. Keep an eye peeled for what's about to show up on the Wii in the next year or two.

Overall, I was watching a new anime called Tamagotchi! a couple days ago, and asked Rick Marshall (CEO of 9 Story; creator of TELETOON's Best Ed) if he would tag along with my brand new idea. Tamagotchi! A Brand New World will be coming soon to TV in Canada on YTV and in the United States on Cartoon Network. Check it out when the time comes :D

9 Story Entertainment, Cookie Jar and Red Rocket Films - Three of Canada's finest studios that worked on this work of art

Bandai Namco and OLM Digital - Creator and producer of the original 2009 anime, as well as the new one

Myself - The one who came up with the idea! XD

Catch Tamagotchi! A Brand New World on CN in the States on April 29th at 4:00 PM sharp, and Canadians will watch it at 11:00 AM when it comes to YTV on May 1st.

Good luck, Tamatowners!

Yet another update

Don't ask… this is just an announcement that me and Mikey Ivantchev are prepared to create more shows in the next 6 months or so, other than our Ally and Ralph: The Freakhouse Boys creating new episodes for it's second season. This is all I wanted to say right now, my schedule's hectic next week.

Another update

Ever since its humble beginnings in 1993, Red Rocket Films has been working on shows more often and working hard to get money so that my wife can buy all that music and shit. I'll ask her, how much money are those tampons? How much money is that Kylie Minogue CD? Need I say more?

Lately, my manager's already pissed off at Avery because of his storyboards he did on Tommy's World and The Adventures of Adorable Ally, because they were so cartoony and UPA-ish. What's the point of having to deny an UPA-esque cartoon? Kearplax and Renegade Animation do these all the time, just like they did on their latest work for Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi at Renegade Animation in the US and The Battle for Dupend at Kearplax and Studio B in Canada and Scrawl in Singapore.

Poor Avery, maybe we'll try to make something extreme when it comes to collaborating and whatnot, because my manager is jealous at your art. I find it pretty good, and somewhat close to Todd Kauffman's style. Mikey Ivantchev has been collaborating with Todd as well, am I right?
